• Shipping and Delivery: After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 9 to 10 business days. Please note that Prismert Jewels is not liable for delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the delivery address is changed with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delays.

WHAT'S COVERED:

• Repairs: We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs servicing for as long as you own it during the initial two-year period.
• Cleaning and Inspection: Send your jewelry to us anytime for a free thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure it stays sparkling and in top shape during the initial two-year period.

LIMITATIONS:

• Lost Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend obtaining insurance for your piece to protect against this eventuality.
• One-of-a-Kind Stones: Some pieces feature unique stones. While we'll do our best to replace them if damaged, colors and types may vary.
• Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work during the initial two-year period. Additionally, import fees and customs charges are the client's responsibility.
• Repair Fees: Repair work is free within the first two years (excluding focal stones). After two years, a small labor and/or materials fee may apply.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear from daily use are normal. If repairs go beyond this, labor and material fees may apply.
• Third-Party Work: Warranty is void if jewelry is repaired or polished by third-party jewelers, or if taken elsewhere for resizing.
• Sale Event: Jewelry purchased during a sale is not covered under our standard warranty. However, we stand by our promise of lifetime support. If anything happens to your jewelry, we will happily repair it for you at a nominal service charge.
