At Prismert Jewels Fine Jewelry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service. For the first two years from the date of purchase, we proudly offer a limited warranty on all our gold pieces. Rest assured, your jewelry is in good hands with us during this time.
WHAT'S COVERED:
- Repairs: We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs servicing for as long as you own it during the initial two-year period.
- Cleaning and Inspection: Send your jewelry to us anytime for a free thorough cleaning and inspection to ensure it stays sparkling and in top shape during the initial two-year period.
LIMITATIONS:
- Lost Stones: Our warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend obtaining insurance for your piece to protect against this eventuality.
- One-of-a-Kind Stones: Some pieces feature unique stones. While we'll do our best to replace them if damaged, colors and types may vary.
- Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work during the initial two-year period. Additionally, import fees and customs charges are the client's responsibility.
- Repair Fees: Repair work is free within the first two years (excluding focal stones). After two years, a small labor and/or materials fee may apply.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear from daily use are normal. If repairs go beyond this, labor and material fees may apply.
- Third-Party Work: Warranty is void if jewelry is repaired or polished by third-party jewelers, or if taken elsewhere for resizing.
