SILVER PRODUCTS
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery.
- Restocking Fee: 10% of purchase price.

Conditions:
- If not satisfied, return within 15 days with a 10% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If defective, damaged, or wrong item received, contact us immediately for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Resizing: If resizing is required, we will create a new product for 50% of the original purchase price. The customer must return the original item and cover shipping costs.
GOLD PRODUCTS
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Restocking Fee: 20% of purchase price due to handcrafted nature.

- Inspect order upon reception. Contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or wrong item received.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity bands made to order
- Items on sale
- Items purchased during a sale event
- Items with any physical damage
RING RESIZING SERVICE (GOLD RINGS)

Resizing Limitations:
- Resizable by a maximum of one full size.
- Resizing beyond this range is not accommodated.

Exceptions:
- Full eternity stone rings cannot be resized; exchange for correct size instead.
- May exchange for an identical ring in your size if it ensures faster turnaround or maintains design integrity.
- Customers cover shipping costs both ways, including customs fees for international clients.
